COTTINGLEY HOME IS THE LATEST AUCTION SUCCESS FOR DACRE, SON & HARTLEY

A three-bedroom semi-detached house in Cottingley near Bingley is the latest property success story for Dacre, Son & Hartley’s auction service, after it generated a vast amount of interest with dozens of viewings and multiple bids.

The property on Roundhill Avenue requires a full refurbishment and sold for £227,500, which was £47,500 more than its £180,000 guide price, after attracting bids from a wide range of homebuyers and budding developers.
