• Having resided in the area for 3 years out of the past 5
• Having previously lived in the area for 20 years (or half that persons lifetime, minimum of 10 years)
• Having immediate family who have lived in the area for five years (parents or siblings) • Employed in the area with a company who has been established for 3 years and are employed for a minimum of 16 hours per week for 12 months
